Well, I wasn’t thinking this was going to happen. But after much deliberation and advice given by two people I greatly respect I had to do it.

Is the price of the Definitive Guide to Kettlebell Juggling to high?

I didn’t think so. Since I put it all together I knew there was tons of value in there.

Obviously those that already bought and have been raving about it didn’t think so either. But what about everyone else?

The problem is you might not see that value. Not immediately. Not unless you watch it.

I guess my iron balls guarantee where you have three months to get all your money back for any reason wasn’t effective enough in pacifying all fears.

In a simple effort, to get this information into more people’s hands the price had to be dropped.

$97 wasn’t a bad price. Compared to some other things I’ve spent that kind of money on. It was fair but perhaps not easy to see as an amazing deal.

That means now the price has been reduced by a third.

Only $67 for The Definitive Guide to Kettlebell Juggling.

Get yours now.

This isn’t some lame ploy to get you to buy now. This series of events actually happened. Whether you buy now or later (except probably way down the road) doesn’t really matter as the price is going to stay at $67 barring more unforeseen events.

But if you do click here now you can get started on the path of mastering the kettlebells almost immediately. And for less than ever before.

And if you order before Thursday you’ll still get access to the kettlebell juggling teleseminar I’m holding that night.

In strength,
Logan Christopher

P.S. If you’ve already bought look for the other email titled ‘Important: For Kettlebell Juggling Customers Only’ for details on how I’m making this up to you and more.

Here’s one of the many moves from The Definitive Guide to Kettlebell Juggling.

I first picked this one up from watching a few professional kettlebell juggling women from Russia or a nearby country performing.

This is a difficult move to pull off with a heavy weight. In fact, I haven’t had much luck with anything bigger than the 16kg bell. Perhaps I pulled if off with the 24 kg bell a small number of times.

The video will give you the details of how its to be done.

If you’re doing a free flowing circuit it’s a cool way to start it off (since it can’t be done mid-set). And one more thing. Be sure to train both legs.

I believe it’s in Mastery of Hand Strength that John Brookfield states “Blockweights = Hand Strength.”

That being said I got myself a few of them and have used them off and on over the past couple years. Mostly holding them for time.

However, recently I decided to make it a little more fun. Why not toss them around just like the kettlebells?

So I did. The video shows a few simple moves, but you can do more if you want like flips, or passing around the body.

To blast my hands at the end of a workout I’ll do kettlebell juggling, except I’ll only focus on the grip intensive bottoms up juggling and mix in the blockweights.

Different types of hand strength but all of it explosive and dynamic. Never in optimal position.

So far so good as far as training results are concerned.

In strength,
Logan Christopher

P.S. The new Definitive Guide to Kettlebell Juggling has been flying off the shelves. If you want to learn all the tricks to bottoms up kettlebell juggling and much more grab your copy now.

Its launch time for The Definitive Guide to Kettlebell Juggling. Click to read all about it.

I’ve spent many hours over the past couple weeks (and even more over the last couple days) finishing up that letter to tell you all about it.

I know I shared some of the details in the past couple emails but that one covers everything. What kettlebell juggling can do for you. What’s in the DVD set. The bonuses, guarantee and everything.

There are some people who’ll read every last detail. And I wanted to be sure to cover all the fine points for them.

Then there are some people I know who’ve told me they’re going to buy it immediately. If that’s you just scroll down and hit the order now button.

Whether you skim through the letter, read every word or just click order is up to you. But be quick about it.

Not that I think the 42 sets will sell out in the first couple hours. (But if you are number 43 whether that happens today or a week from now you’ll have to wait extra time.)

But if you place your order soon, I’ll ship it out today. Any order before 3:00 PM (PST) today will go out FAST. That means you get your order before the week is over if you’re in the US.

Here’s the link again for The Definitive Guide to Kettlebell Juggling.

Go check it out and get your copy now.

Just received an interesting email. The gist of which was concern that I’m not an RKC.

Well, for one thing this is wrong. I’m an RKC.

Because I don’t tend to put much stock in initials, I don’t write them behind my name every time I sign something.

Though it is probably my fault for not making it clear of my experience somewhere on the site. So here it is.

I’ve been training with kettlebells for roughly four years now. First went through the RKC in September 2005. And I served as an Assistant Instructor at the RKC on two separate occasions, with another likely coming up.

Since I’m always interested in expanding my knowledge I am also a certified coach with the AKC. There aren’t too many individuals having gone through both.

If the videos I’ve shown you haven’t proved that I know what I’m doing than perhaps that will.

Now the other part of the email was concern about possibility of injury.

I’ll will be the first to say that kettlebell juggling is more dangerous than just swinging a kettlebell. With the dynamic moves (especially the more advanced ones) there are more chances for things to go wrong.

But it can be safely done. I, for one, have never injured myself with kettlebell juggling in any manner.

You can stick to the more basic moves and progress slowly. If you don’t push the limits too hard or reach for kettlebells that you aren’t in position to catch you’ll be fine.

If you err on the side of using the lighter weights, even if you do find yourself in a less than optimal position you should be able to safely handle it.

But the important thing is that everything is built on top of proper swing dynamics. Something I recently discussed with David Whitley, a Senior RKC. And that interview happens to be one bonus that comes along with the DVD’s.

I hope that alleviates any and all concerns as regarding my experience.

Now onto the fun part.

Just had the shipment of DVD’s come in. And they look good. Can’t help it but I’m a bit proud of the accomplishment. Seems like only yesterday, when it was only an idea in my head.

What that means to you is everything’s just about ready to go. The launch will be this Wednesday at 10 AM (PST) as planned. Less than two days away…

In strength,
Logan Christopher

Lately I’ve been doing even more kettlebell juggling. The more I get into it, the more I enjoy it. In fact, I might even be a little addicted. But if anything this is one thing that’s good to be hooked on.

Finishing up every workout with a little tossing around of the kettlebell. Of course, its never the same. And I’m not just talking about free-flowing moves through a set.

There are a number of ways you can train depending on what you’re going for. One day I’m specifically working on the grip, the next on maximum explosiveness with low reps, and the third with one long set.

And soon you’ll be able to understand everything I’m talking about.

That’s because everything appears to be on schedule for the launch of my new kettlebell juggling DVD’s.

I’m setting the official launch time at 10 AM (PST) on Wednesday, August 13th. That’s less than one week away. That’s when you’ll be able to really get started on your path to kettlebell juggling mastery.

As I stated earlier this is a two DVD set. Why two? Simply because I couldn’t fit everything onto one.

The first DVD cover’s just about every single move I know of when it comes to kettlebell juggling. Every single move you’ve seen in the various videos I’ve put out are moves you’ll be taught how to do.

All the little tips and secrets I have to master the moves. Plus the various progressions you can take to get there.

There are 44 specific moves listed in the DVD but the truth is there’s many more. I didn’t break up every single variation up into it’s on move. If you add all the variations you have a few hundred different moves.

But that’s just the start.

Disc 2 cover’s everything else you need to know. How to train including several sample workouts. The differences you need to pay attention to in using lighter or heavier weights. How to fit kettlebell juggling into your training. Tips on creativity so you can make up your own moves.

And of course double kettlebell juggling. A number of different moves to get you started and doing insanely difficult maneuvers.

That’s what the Definitive Guide to Kettlebell Juggling is going to cover. But that’s just the basics I have a few valuable bonuses I throwing in.

More details next time.

In strength,
Logan Christopher

P.S. All it takes to become a master is the proper knowledge applied over a length of time. If you want it you can earn it.

Yesterday, I was on the phone with Senior RKC, David Whitley. One of the things that came up regarding kettlebell juggling was how you really need to have the basic kettlebell moves down first. Mainly the swing.

But on top of that all kettlebell juggling moves are based on a few fundamentals. Nothing is more fundamental than the regular flip.

I’ve been showing an awful lot of advanced moves recently from the bottoms up kettlebell juggling to the double kettlebell juggling and more. That’s all good and fine, but you MUST be proficient at the basics first.

In the spirit of that here’s a video that will give you the steps necessary to master your first two-handed flip. From there you’ll move on to a single handed flip.

The swing is the basis of the flip which is the basis of all kettlebell juggling. Learn it and learn it well.

Now a bit of information on my soon-to-be-released Kettlebell Juggling DVD‘s. (Of which this video is from, a sneak peak if you will.)

Well the first bit is that it’s not one DVD, but a two DVD set. Couldn’t fit everything I needed onto one disc. There’s two hours of solid kettlebell juggling information for you.

I’ve been working like a mad man to get everything ready. Well the wait is ALMOST over.

I know I’ve been sending you an email about once a week, usually with a new video but over the next week or two I’m going to be ramping that up.

Just a few more emails with the details including a contest on how you can win a free copy.

More on that later. Until than, get out there and throw those weights around.

And if you have any specific questions send them in.

In strength,
Logan Christopher

That’s because I was filming some double kettlebell juggling and it was too much fun. I had to share it with you.

The video shows a few free flowing sets juggling two 16kg (35lb.) kettlebells.

I’m using my competition bells that I got from the AKC for one reason. I don’t own a pair of any of the Dragondoor kettlebells.

It doesn’t really matter which bells you use, just that because of the size of these ones, especially in double kettlebell juggling you have to take a much wider stance.

Because of the size and shape they fly at bit differently than the other kettlebells. It just something you have to get use to. And the smaller handles work your hands a bit less.

I can tell you this though. Double kettlebell juggling is more than twice as difficult as single kettlebell juggling. It requires more strength for every swing.

And the conditioning. After every set I’d complete, my breathing would act as if I’d just finished a sprint holding my breath the entire time. Talk about building an oxygen debt.

Plus you need more coordination especially when you move on to tricks where you transfer the bells while doing opposite flips and the like.

Makes single kettlebell juggling look like child’s play. And for that reason you should become proficient in all the kettlebell juggling basics before you move onto two bells.

One more warning. With two kettlebells you’ve got twice the chance to hurt yourself. Practicing these moves I came closer to dropping one on my foot than ever before. Just a word of caution.

In strength,
Logan Christopher

P.S. I ran into a little problem getting the new DVD’s produced so there may be a slight delay. Still it may be ready sooner than you think.

I’ve received several questions about how I actually train with kettlebell juggling. Just as there are many moves to do, there are many ways to train.

The simplest, and actually a common method for me, is to just take a kettlebell out and start juggling. By this I mean you have no timer, no set length, no nothing, except you and the kettlebell. The size of the bell will determine how long you can go, in each set and overall.

Just start free flowing, stringing moves together, as long as you can until you drop it. You might need to rest a bit to catch your breath. You can do short rests, or longer periods.

You can also just work on new moves. Surprisingly, just working toward a new advanced move, or a few, can be more than enough training.

Another method involves a timer. You just select a time frame for on and off periods then go at it for a number of rounds.

An easy one is 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off. I tend to do this with a heavier kettlebell, like the 32kg.

Or you can go 45 seconds on 15 seconds off. Really any variation you think off.

Usually with a lighter bell like the 16kg, you can go for a long length of time like 2, 3 even 5 minutes at a stretch. If at anytime you drop it, you pick it up as quickly as possible and keep going.

Later on I’ll go into more detail on how kettlebell juggling fits into my overall training plan on a weekly basis.

Most of the kettlebell juggling you’ve seen so far has been with a relatively light kettlebell.

If you go too light it’s nothing but a trick like regular juggling, requiring fast hands and coordination. There is nothing wrong with this, but you won’t get the benefits in strength and conditioning.

That’s why I’ve never used anything lighter than the 16 kg (35lb.) kettlebell.

With a light kettlebell you can go longer, even minutes at a time, while training on the harder tricks, and get a great workout.

When you use a heavy kettlebell you can’t do this. This video is a couple snapshots of a less than ten minute workout.

Obviously, you won’t be able to do as many juggling tricks as you can with the light bells. But you can still do enough!

Juggle, rest, juggle, rest, juggle, rest…until done.

And be forewarned, your grip is going to be decimated. Unless you’ve got a grip as strong as John Brookfield, the kettlebell will just fly right out of your hands as you flip and swing.

It’s all good to go with the light weights for the most part, but I recommend you mix it up every once in a while.
